Return Policy

At Bawli, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a convenient return and exchange process. Please review the following policy for more information:

Returns:

Eligibility: You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Customized or personalized items are ineligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at contact@bawli.org within 2 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label, if necessary.

Return Process: To start a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Our team will assist you with the return process and provide a return shipping label, if necessary.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a Bawli error or product defect. If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
-If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
-Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team.
-The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges.

Exchanges:

Eligibility: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Like returns, exchanged items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Exchange Process: Email our customer service team with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and help you select a replacement item.

Exception for Clearance Items:

Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Additional Information:

-All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
-Refunds for returned items are issued in the original form of payment.
-Bawli reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that don’t meet our eligibility criteria.
